This website

This marketing website does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or third-party embeds. It sets no cookies. It does not build a profile of visitors, and it does not transmit your browsing to any third party.

The inquiry form

When you submit the inquiry form, the details you entered — your name, company, work email, country, company size, and what you would like to improve — are sent to this site’s server and forwarded to us by email. We use them only to answer your inquiry.

This website does not store the submission in a database. The resulting email is held in our ordinary business mailbox for as long as we need it to deal with your inquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell it and we do not add it to a marketing list.

Delivery is handled by Resend, a transactional email provider acting as a processor on our behalf; your submission passes through their systems in order to reach us. To limit automated abuse the server also keeps a short-lived count of recent submissions per network address. That count holds no personal details and is discarded automatically.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel. As with any web host, Vercel processes technical connection data such as IP address and request headers in order to serve the page and to run the form endpoint. That processing is governed by Vercel’s own privacy terms and is not under the control of this site.

The client platform

The Philippine and Singapore applications at ph.synctisfinancialsystems.com and sg.synctisfinancialsystems.com are separate systems with their own authentication. They are not covered by this website policy. Information in those systems is processed under the engagement agreement between the client and KM Casals Tax and Accounting Services, and is subject to the access controls described on the security and data protection page.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold. Because this website itself collects nothing, such requests concern correspondence you have sent us or records held under a client engagement. Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new last-updated date.
